In the Device Settings menu, brightness and sidetone settings can be made.

Brightness

(between 10 ... 100%, in 10% steps)

LED Brightness

Display Brightness

Adjusting the brightness of the displays.

Sidetone

The sidetone volumes of headsets A & B can be set individually when the SmartPanel is connected to an Artist-1024. Thus, a second SmartPanel user can now adjust the sidetone volume of his headset B independently of the sidetone volume of the headset A. By default, the sidetone volume of headsets A & B is linked and adjusted together.

Link Sidetone A & B

ON: The sidetone volume of Headset-A and Headset-B are linked and are set together.

OFF: The sidetone volume of Headset-A and Headset-B can be set independently.

If the option is set back from OFF to ON, the volume of sidetone B will be adjusted to the current volume of sidetone A. (default: ON)

Sidetone Limiter1

When the sidetone is set to a high level, the audio signal from the headphones may feed back to the headset microphone. The common sidetone limiter prevents sidetone settings above a certain level and thus avoids unwanted feedback for headset A & B. The sidetone level correlates directly with the main volume setting, i.e. the sidetone is automatically reduced when the main volume is increased. (default: off)

Sidetone Limiter A/B2

Individual setting of the sidetone limiter of the corresponding headset A or B. (default: off)

Keybanks

The response time for changing the keybanks (Tap Timeout) can be adjusted user-specifically. (100 ... 1000ms, in 100 ms- steps, default: 100%)

Device Name

Displays the name of the SmartPanel defined in the web interface.

2 only if Link Sidetone A & B is deactivated (OFF)
