Known Issues/Limitations

Replacing a failed server in a high availability cluster without downtime requires Riedel Customer Success assistance

When a server in a high availability cluster fails, continues operation is ensured by failover mechanisms. The process of replacing the failed server to regain high availability will cause a brief system downtime. If downtime is not acceptable, please get in touch with Riedel Customer Success for assistance.

RSM can not uninstall software from a Cluster when some Nodes are disabled

When using Riedel Software Manager, software can only be uninstalled from a Cluster, when all Nodes of the Cluster are enabled to ensure consistency in removing assets from the Nodes. To uninstall a configuration make sure all Nodes are online. Alternatively, you can also destroy the Cluster and recreate it if Nodes are not accessible anymore.
