Client Computer Requirements

Client Operating System

On the client side, RSM uses commonly-available Web browsers that can be installed on a range of operating systems (e.g. Windows, macOS or Linux). As long as your computer’s operating system has a supported Web browser installed, that you use to connect with the RSM, you have met the requirements to work with RSM.

Supported Browser versions

RSM supports the following standard Browsers: Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Other browsers might work, but have not been tested.

Minimum supported web browser versions:

• Google Chrome 80+

• Microsoft Edge 66+

For secure and stable operation, it is necessary to keep the browser version up to date in accordance with best Information Technology practices.

Hardware Specifications

RSM does not have high processing requirements. The size of the hard disk space determines the number of suite files to be handled: With 10 GB, 7 to 8 suite files can be managed.
