The "ducking" audio behavior can be configured across applications, e.g. that AMA signals are suppressed when an intercom call is received. Individual channels or the entire app can be muted, and the (channel) volume can be set individually.

If an audio source is monitored and an intercom call arrives, the monitored audio source is dimmed. The dim level can be configured in the AMA Configuration options or via the API.

Intercom Headset/Speaker Ducking (AMA ducks Intercom)
If an audio source is switched to solo mode in the Audio Monitoring app, the intercom audio is dimmed as long as the lever key for soloing is pressed down. The dim level can be configured in the AMA Configuration options or via the API.
The level can be configured individually for headset and speaker operation.
