This manual refers to firmware version 2.0.x of the 1200 series SmartPanels.
The “x” indicates the bugfix version which is described in the related release notes.
In order to make the update comfortable, all necessary firmware for the various SmartPanel types is combined in a single file.

The firmware version can be checked both in the SmartPanel and via its web interface:

Navigate to the menu: Service > Device-Info.
The second line in the info display shows the firmware and bugfix version of the SmartPanel.
Web Interface
Enter the IP address of the web interface of the SmartPanel in the web browser of a PC on the same network.
To determine the IP address of the web interface, the interface of the SmartPanel (MEDIA 1/2, MGNT) via which the web interface can be reached must first be determined in Settings Menu > Appplications: Web UI. After that, the IP address of this interface can be retrieved in Settings Menu > Network.
Open the web interface of the SmartPanel:

Enter the IP address in the web browser
(e.g. 192.168.41.159).
The web interface opens.

Select the FW Manager tab.
For a password-protected web interface, you must first log in by clicking on the gray login icon 
The blue dot marks the SmartPanel whose web interface is displayed. The firmware version of the SmartPanel is displayed next to its IP address.
