Info Display

The info display is located on the right side of the SmartPanel and offers the following range of functions:

Switching of Key Banks/SmartPanel Apps/Licenses
Indication of currently active functions
Switching between panel- and headset operation
Open the Settings Menu

Active Key Bank

The active key bank is represented by a brighter border.

Inactive Key Bank

The inactive key bank is represented by a darker border.
An inactive key bank is activated by a short touch.
The touch duration can be adjusted in the Settings menu.

The colors can be customized using the Director configuration software.

Symbols in the Info Display

Different symbols signal events that are currently happening on the corresponding key bank.

Lock		The key bank is not available because it is locked in the director configuration.
Beep		If at least one channel on the inactive key bank has an incoming beep, the Beep symbol is displayed.
Talk	This symbol depends of the operation mode:
	Talk/Listen		If at least one channel on the key bank has an active call, the Talk symbol is displayed.
	Talk/Mute
Mute / Listen	This symbol depends of the operation mode:
	Talk/Listen		If at least one channel on the key bank listens to a remote station, the Listen symbol is displayed.
	Talk/Mute		If at least one channel on the key bank is muted, the Mute symbol is displayed.

Incoming calls to keys that are located on an inactive key bank are indicated in the info display by a flashing key bank. The background of the corresponding key bank then remains bright as long as the call is active.

Wipe on the info display from right to left to show the menu.

Turn the right red knob (main volume).

The menu slides in from the right side.

Speaker / Headset	The upper icon indicates the currently selected Speaker/Headset mode. Touch the icon to switch between the two modes.
	Speaker		SmartPanel speaker and microphone are active.
	Headset		The connected headset is active.
Gear		Touch the gear icon to open the Settings Menu.

Turning the left gray rotary encoder. Vertical swiping of the touchscreen.		Select the next / previous menu item Change values / settings During navigation, the current menu level is briefly shown at the top of the display.
Pushing the left gray rotary encoder. Tapping the touch screen.		Enter selected menu item. During navigation, the current menu level is briefly shown at the top of the display.

	BACK icon in the info display	Back to parent menu item
	ESC icon in the info display	Cancel entry
	OK icon in the info display	Confirm entry
	HOME icon in the info display	leave menu / back to main view
