SimplyLive software is under continuous development, with packages created several times a year that contain a group of compatible new versions of the multiple applications and services, that have been thoroughly tested on supported hardware platforms. Here you will find the history of those Release Packages1 and associated release notes.
Any customer with an active SLA can request an upgrade to the latest release package.
To request an upgrade, raise a support ticket with support@riedel.com and someone will be in touch to arrange a planned system upgrade.
