The LED ring as well as the corresponding key display can be used to indicate any activity of the respective port. The indication varies depending on the selected workflow mode (->Operation Mode ) (Talk/Mute or Talk/Listen).
Furthermore a symbol can be displayed in the corresponding ports.
The name (Key Label), subtitle (16-char Subtitle) and the symbol (Icon) of the port can be entered in the Director software: right-click on the respective key > properties > General tab.
Talk/Mute-Mode
In Talk/Mute mode, signaling is always shown via icons in the upper area in the key display.

|
The key display flashes for 5 seconds during an incoming call. Afterwards, the background remains bright as long as the call is active. Incoming calls to keys that are located on an inactive key bank are indicated in the info display by a flashing key bank. |

The key display flashes for 5 seconds during an incoming VoIP call and shows a phone icon. |

Beep
|
|
The animated bell icon shows where the Beep being received is coming from. |

The animated bell shows that the user is beeping a remote panel. |

Port occupied |
|
Depending on the setting in the Director, the "In Use" icon is displayed on a key when the target SmartPanel configured on that key is busy (for example, because it is currently receiving a call from a third party). For more information, see the Director manual. |

Active Control Signal |
|
This signal will cover all control functions in the Artist. The user can choose to color the control signal in the key function. |
|
Locked |
|
This symbol appears as long as the key has been locked by a Remote Key function. No key actions can be triggered when the key is locked. |
|
Offline |
|
This symbol indicates that the remote panel is currently unreachable. |
