hi Web Interface Component Update

Updated the hi web interface to current platform components, with layout and alignment fixes across the Snapshot, Backup, Parameter Browser, Monitor Wall, and Rules pages.

Simplified Control Panel Margin: Fixed an extra left margin in the simplified Control Panel.
Connect Port Container Empty Slots: Fixed empty slots not appearing in the Connect Port Container dialog.
