hi human interface
hi human interface® provides one control layer for operating supported media, production, and facility systems.
Overview
The hi system is the control layer for a commissioned installation. Operators use the hi web interface in a standard browser. A separate client application is not required. Supported Hardware Panels can provide the same operational workflows where they are commissioned.
hi connects to supported equipment through integrations. It does not replace that equipment. It presents available capabilities through shared hi concepts so teams can configure, operate, and monitor one installation.
Capabilities
The hi system can:
-
Authenticate users through a company directory or identity provider where that workflow is commissioned.
-
Control access with user and group permissions.
-
Route supported Sources to Destinations.
-
Read and change supported device parameters.
-
Use supported IP media integrations, including NMOS.
-
Carry Tally and Dynamic Labels through the Topology.
-
Save operational state with Snapshots and Backups.
-
Provide logs and status for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Detailed control-model and workflow guidance is in the Software User Manual Overview.
