Mark 1
The hiContact Mark 1 is a one-third-width 19-inch 1RU GPIO box with 16 isolated inputs, 16 relay outputs, a front status display, and an external power supply. Three units fit across one 1RU rack space.

Discontinued: This product has been discontinued and is no longer actively maintained or supported. Devices may continue to operate as expected, but future development of this platform is not planned.

GPIO Connector Layout
The two 16-pin connectors on the left are inputs. The two connectors on the right are outputs. The marked input pins connect internally to GND. Do not exceed 20 V DC on an input pin.
Relay contacts switch an external circuit and do not supply its voltage. Keep each switched circuit within the limits in Specifications.
Commissioning
The default IP address is 192.168.1.100, and the device uses plug-and-play commissioning. To change the IP address, contact Riedel Customer Success.

This model is discontinued and is no longer available for new orders. Use the type number in Specifications to identify installed hardware.
