Phone Book (Artist-1024)

Open the Secondary Functions Drawer of a key to which a call to a VoIP device (CONNECT) is assigned.
Select the phone book icon.

Access to a phone book must be enabled in the Director software.

Right-click on the respective SmartPanel > Properties > General tab > Phone Book slot

On each key of this SmartPanel, the use of the assigned phone book can then be activated.

Right-click on the respective key > Properties > Call tab > Allow telephone call > Phone book

The phone book entries appears on the info display.

Select a name from the phone book:
- Vertical swipe and tap on an entry
  or
- Turn the gray rotary knob

Confirm the selection:
- Tap the green
  or
- Press the gray rotary knob

or

Cancel the operation:
- Tap the red

The phone book entries appear on the info display.

Select a name from the phone book:
- Vertical swipe and tap on an entry
  or
- Turn the lower rotary knob

Confirm the selection:
- Tap the green
  or
- Press the lower rotary knob

or

Cancel the operation:
- Tap the red
