Scope
This page lists the Product Families, Models, and Versions relevant to the Riedel Licensing Customer Portal. It includes current Products, that do and do not currently use Portal Licensing.
The matrix uses these classifications:

Supported — The listed Product Version is approved for the specified Portal licensing methods.

Unsupported At This Time — The current Product is not supported for Portal use today, this is subject to change in the future.
Products are listed at Product Family or Software Platform level.

SAME Smart Audio & Mixing Engine and Virtual SmartPanel are Products enabled and licensed via the STAGE Platform. They remain separately licensed Products. Their Portal support follows the installed STAGE Platform Version.
Use Online Activation when it is available. If Online Activation is unavailable or does not complete, use the Product-supported Offline Activation method. Renewal behaviour, Product-Side controls, required files, and any required reload or restart remain version-specific; follow the manual for the installed Licensed Product.
Current Products Not Supported at This Time
Every Product in this section has the Portal Support Status Unsupported At This Time. Do not apply a Portal workflow from another Product or Product Version. Contact Riedel Customer Success for guidance.

If a Product, Model, or Version Is Not Listed
Treat an unlisted Product, Model, or Product Version as unsupported until the matrix is updated. Do not assume that a workflow, Request File, License File, or renewal policy from another Product applies. Contact Riedel Customer Success for guidance.
