Ubuntu 20.04 Server LTS Support

Updated server operating system support to include Ubuntu 20.04 Server LTS alongside Ubuntu 16.04 Server LTS. Upgrading to hi 2.6.0 does not require changing an existing Ubuntu 16.04 installation to Ubuntu 20.04.
