New Integrations

TAG MCS

  • Added layout control through TAG Video Systems® MCS.

For more information, see: TAG MCS.

VISCA PTZ Control

  • Added Sony® VISCA support for PTZ control.

For more information, see: Generic VISCA PTZ Compatible Device.

Riedel FusioN API

  • Added Riedel FusioN API support for configuration and Parameter Control, including audio format and packet-time settings.

For more information, see: Riedel MediorNet IP - FusioN / MuoN.

Added

Port and Port Container Priorities

  • Introduced priorities for sorting Ports and Port Containers in the Control Panel and on Hardware Panels. Lower priority numbers appear first; the default is 50. Pinned positions take precedence over priority sorting.

For more information, see: Control Panel.

Port Container Templates

  • Introduced automatic Port Container creation from selected Ports using a Template and predefined postfix scheme. Templates can restrict connections to matching Templates and can be changed for multiple Port Containers together.

For more information, see: Port Containers.

Direct Snapshot

  • Introduced a dedicated Snapshot creation mode in the Control Panel. Select the Ports and Port Containers to capture, create the Snapshot, then return to routing mode.

For more information, see: Snapshots.

JSON Bodies in HTTP Rule Actions

  • Added JSON request bodies for HTTP Rule actions.

For more information, see: Rules.

System Clock Counters

  • Added Counters driven by the hi system clock for use with the Counter Widget, without requiring a connected MediorNet device.

For more information, see: Control Panel.

Port Container Take Confirmation

  • Added a Preset setting for taking Port Container routes without opening the connection confirmation dialog.

For more information, see: Control Panel.

SNMP Improvements

  • Added simultaneous upload of multiple MIB files and SNMP read/write operations.

For more information, see: SNMP Parameter-Controllable Device.

TSL Brightness

  • Added TSL 5 brightness settings for UMD receivers, with values from 0 (default) through 3.

For more information, see: Generic TSL-Based Multiviewer.

Scheduled Backups

  • Added daily, weekly, and monthly Backup schedules with a configurable time and retention count. Older automatic Backups are deleted when the retention count is exceeded; manual Backups are kept separately.

For more information, see: Backups.

Entra ID Option to Hide Local User Login

  • Added an option to hide the local user login button when Microsoft® Entra ID is enabled. Local login remains available at /login/local.

For more information, see: Login.

Changed

Guided Filtering

  • Updated filtering and navigation to hide unnecessary Tags in the hi web interface and on Hardware Panels. Hardware Panel navigation skips levels that contain only one available item.

For more information, see: Control Panel.

Preset Search Text

  • Changed Presets to stop storing search text. Previously stored search text is removed so selecting a Preset does not restore an old search filter.

For more information, see: Control Panel.

Search in Inventory and Port Containers

  • Changed Port Container search to include Primary Name and Template name. On a Node's Labels tab, search covers Labels; on its Tagging tab, search covers Primary Name and Tags.

For more information, see: Nodes.

Node Type Selection

  • Changed Node type selection to support search and use the available screen height for its result list.

For more information, see: Nodes.

  • Changed the sidebar to close after a menu item is selected when it overlays the page on a small display.

For more information, see: Interface Orientation.

Control Panel Search Field Improvements

  • Updated Control Panel search to consider the user's Label Override setting.

For more information, see: Control Panel.

Fixed

Control Panel

  • Label Source Not Selectable in Dynamic Label Dialog: Fixed the Label Source selection in the Dynamic Label dialog.

  • Port Picker Shows Ports Three Times: Fixed duplicate Ports in the Port Picker.

  • Nevion VideoIPath Junction Routing Feedback: Fixed incorrect Source feedback and Disconnect behavior for Port Containers routed through VideoIPath junctions.

  • TAG MCS Node Does Not Come Online: Fixed TAG MCS Node connection and layout changes.

  • VISCA Camera Status and Preset Save: Fixed unavailable VISCA cameras appearing online and an incorrect error message when saving a Preset. Cameras powered off through VISCA remain connected when they can still receive a power-on command.

  • Panasonic KAIROS Tally Disconnects: Fixed KAIROS Tally disconnection.

  • LRC+ Connection Retry: Fixed LRC+ not retrying after failed initialization.

  • Ember+ Device Errors: Fixed errors when adding certain Ember+ Parameter Controllable Devices.

  • Ross Ultrix Disconnect: Fixed Disconnect routing failing after a Node reset or system restart.

Snapshots

  • Update Snapshots for Port Containers: Fixed Snapshot updates when a Destination changes between a Flow Port connection and a Port Container connection. Existing Snapshots must be updated manually to capture the changed connection.

Users and Access

  • User Roles Cannot Be Edited: Fixed role editing for users.

  • Entra ID Locked Destinations: Fixed unlocking of Destinations locked by Microsoft Entra ID users.
