Views
The following views are available in the STAGE user interface.
System Commissioning
- Registration — This view allows registering hosts such as WebRTC Gateway servers, and Artist-1024 devices that have been discovered on the network to make the device’s resources available for use within STAGE. This workflow includes: Creation of main and sub-locations that represents where equipment is physically located. Assignment of Discovered Hosts to their locations.
- Configuration — This view allows setting the configuration parameters of each registered host.
System Health
- Events — This view allows retrieving simple user information about the processes in the STAGE system, e.g. when a user logs in or when an operating limit has been exceeded (e.g. when more than 80% of the channels of the WebRTC gateway are used).
- Live Metrics — This view allows retrieving live measurement data from connected systems (e.g. the CPU load of a WebRTC gateway).
Virtual SmartPanel
- Function Builder — This view is used to create and manage virtual SmartPanels that can be used on smartphones, tablets or in a web browser on a computer. Each STAGE member uses a separate virtual SmartPanel in STAGE.
- User/Port Assignment — This view allows assigning STAGE Users to Intercom Ports. It also facilitates the monitoring of Virtual SmartPanel license utilization and supports the reservation of VSP licenses for specific users.
- Housekeeping — This view allows deciding whether removed Intercom Resources should be deleted or kept for later use.
- Virtual SmartPanel Browser — This view allows operating a configured Virtual SmartPanel in the browser.
User Management
- Users — This view allows managing the users who can log into STAGE and assigning authorizations for the various functions.
- User Groups — This view allows managing the available User Groups and assigning authorizations at group level.
- Identity Providers — This view allows adding Identity Providers to the STAGE system. Instead of STAGE validating a user’s identity, STAGE uses one or more external Identity Provider services that provide user authentication for STAGE. In this scenario, STAGE does not store passwords or provide a 2-factor authentication mechanism for these users as this part is externalized by the Identity Provider for them.
- User Directories — This view allows adding external user directories such as Microsoft Active Directory to the STAGE system to authenticate user access.
System Management
- System Settings — This view allows configuring basic STAGE system settings and viewing information such as serial number and package versions.
- License Management — This view allows managing and validating STAGE licensing. Certain STAGE features require a license in order to use them.
- Virtual SmartPanel Settings — This view allows configuring Virtual SmartPanel settings such as STUN and TURN server settings that permit IP connectivity with devices connected to the Internet (Wide Area Network) through firewalls to support the operation of devices running the Virtual SmartPanel app.
