What the License Enables

hiMesh enables hi-to-hi federation. It requires an existing hiAdvancedWorkflows license and includes one hiMeshConnect license.

Included connection license	Includes one hiMeshConnect entitlement for one peer at this hi installation. Each peer connection is licensed at both connected installations.

Requirements and Combinations

hiMesh requires hiAdvancedWorkflows at each participating installation. Each installation-wide hiMesh license includes one local hiMeshConnect entitlement. Count one hiMeshConnect entitlement for every peer connected to each installation. Add hiMeshConnect when an installation needs more peer entitlements than the one included with its hiMesh license.

Scope Boundary

hiMesh is the federation capability and is not a substitute for hiAdvancedWorkflows. Use hiMeshConnect for the per-connection licensing requirement.

Peer entitlements alone do not describe which resources or workflows are available across installations. Confirm those requirements with Riedel Customer Success before commissioning.
