Manage Licensing
Overview
Use System > Licensing to inspect the installation's license identity, resolved Options, validity, and user-license usage. The workspace requires Licensing admin.
Purchased license bundles resolve to Options that enable features or provide capacity. Use Licensing for commercial scope and counting rules; use the tasks below to manage an existing installation.
Caution
These procedures apply to hi version 3.0.0 and later. For an earlier installation, use its release-specific licensing procedure and contact Riedel Customer Success before a licensing transition.
Start Here
Start with Review License Status. Record the displayed state before selecting an upload, synchronization, or offline-renewal task. An activation warning, an identity-lease warning, and an unavailable Option describe different conditions.
